   ... MOPS stands for Mothers of Pre-Schoolers?
This is a non-denominational Christian organization open to all mothers with children from infancy to kindergarten. MOPS helps moms and makes a difference in the lives of families. The purpose of MOPS International is to nurture every mother of pre-schoolers by meeting her distinct needs. This purpose is carried out in a variety of ways by offering:
 an opportunity to make friends with other moms and receive encouragement and practical tips for parenting the pre-school years,
  teaching based on Biblical values about mothering, womanhood and relationships,
  group discussions where moms can express their thoughts and feelings in an accepting environment,
a time to express creativity in a variety of activities,

Orchard's MOPS' morning program meets the first and third Thursday of the month from 9:00 to 11:15 a.m., September through May.

Our evening program has changed their meeting days to the second and fourth THURSDAYS from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., September through May. Check the Orchard online calendar for those dates.
